DISHABecome part of the AI-enabled workforce
DISHA is AxlFlo's internship program. Over four months, you scope, build and ship on a live platform, with AI in the working loop rather than the syllabus.
OPEN TO STUDENTS, GRADUATES AND CAREER SWITCHERS · ANY DISCIPLINE
THE READINESS GAP
AI is entering the workplace faster than graduates are being prepared for it
The need for AI capability is growing, but many graduates still leave education without enough opportunity to apply AI in real work.
THE DISHA EXPERIENCE
Ship, don't study
Ship, don't study
Build on a live AxlFlo platform that real users depend on.
AI in the working loop
Use it where decisions are made, not where assignments are graded.
Broad direction only
You scope the deliverables, present progress and carry the outcome.
Certificate on completion
Receive an AxlFlo completion certificate naming the work you shipped.
Take it to market
Building is one thing. Monetizing it is another. You do both.
FROM BUILDING TO MARKET
You keep up to 80% of the revenue you generate
AxlFlo retains the intellectual property and backs the launch. Selected interns take their product to market and keep up to 80% of the revenue it earns.
Revenue participation applies only to selected products and interns under separately agreed terms.
