Privacy Policy

AxlFlo LLC provides AI services, toolkits, and platforms on the Microsoft stack. We are based in Seattle, Washington. For privacy questions, write to contactus@axlflo.ai.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to keep the site working:

• Contact form: first name, last name, business email, company, the area of interest if you choose one, your message, the page URL, and the referring page if your browser sends one.
• Hiring form: name, email, role, LinkedIn or portfolio link, and your note.
• DISHA internship form: name, email, university, LinkedIn or portfolio link, and your note.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps in hosting logs. We also use the IP address to rate-limit form submissions and to check the bot-protection token.
• Cookie and storage choices, described in the Cookie Policy.

Form submissions are emailed to AxlFlo. We do not keep a separate form database on this site.

We use this information to:

• Reply to inquiries and applications, and schedule conversations.
• Understand which offering you asked about.
• Keep the website available, secure, and correctly configured.
• Remember your cookie choice.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it for advertising.

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on these bases:

• Responding to an inquiry or application: steps you asked us to take before a contract.
• Security logs, rate limiting, and bot checks: our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected.
• Analytics cookies, if we add them later: your consent. None run on this site today.
• A legal obligation, where one applies.

We share information only with processors who need it to run this website:

• Cloudflare: hosting and delivery, Turnstile bot checks on the forms, short-lived storage of IP addresses for rate limiting, and email delivery when a message is sent through Cloudflare Email.
• Resend: email delivery of form submissions when a message is sent through Resend.

They process that information under their confidentiality and data-protection terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site, AxlFlo, and our clients.

How this site uses cookies and local storage is described in our Cookie Policy at /cookies. Analytics scripts do not load unless you allow them, and none are loaded today. You can withdraw an analytics choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

• Inquiry and application email: while we need it to respond and keep a professional record, and no longer than 24 months after our last message with you, unless a contract, dispute, or legal duty requires longer.
• Hosting and security logs: the provider's retention window.
• Rate-limit records of an IP address: up to 60 seconds.
• Your cookie choice: 12 months, or until you clear it.

AxlFlo LLC is based in the United States. This site, our email, and the providers named above may process personal information in the United States and in other countries where those providers operate. Where a transfer from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland needs a safeguard, we rely on the transfer terms those providers offer, including standard contractual clauses where they apply.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Email contactus@axlflo.ai. We will respond within 30 days, or within any longer period the law allows if we tell you why. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We may ask for proof that the agent is authorized and that you are the person the request is about.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. The categories we collect are identifiers (such as name, email, and IP address), professional or education details you choose to send (company, role, university, or LinkedIn), internet activity needed to operate the site (pages, referrer, and timestamps), and the contents of your message.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

This website is for enterprise buyers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, including under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act threshold of 13. If you believe we have, email contactus@axlflo.ai and we will delete it. The DISHA form is for internship applicants and is not aimed at children under 16.

The site is served over HTTPS. Inquiry email is limited to people at AxlFlo who need it to respond to you.
