Start with ANCHOR, not a greenfield build
SETU and PROVA give Forward Deployed Engineers a proved foundation, so the engagement spends its time on your workflow, data, and controls.

Greenfield builds spend the first months recreating the same chassis: problem framing, requirements, controls, evaluations, and the evidence a production review expects. That work does not differentiate the business.
ANCHOR is the toolkit AxlFlo's Forward Deployed Engineers already use inside customer environments. It has two parts.
SETU structures the build
SETU means bridge. It turns business intent into an implementation-ready foundation: the workflow, the users, the rules, the controls, the acceptance criteria, and the trace from the business problem to the backlog. SETU does not choose the solution. It gives the engagement a structure the build can follow.
PROVA holds the proof
PROVA means proof. It links those requirements and controls to evaluations and evidence: retrieval quality, human escalation, security checks, and a deployment-readiness record. Accountable people still sign off. PROVA makes that review repeatable.
Microsoft describes the same split in platform terms. Copilot Studio's lifecycle guidance expects separate development, test, and production environments, and a gated release before an agent is promoted. The September 2026 Copilot Studio release also put apps, deterministic workflows, and agents in one authoring surface, and made Foundry IQ knowledge bases generally available so grounding can be reused across agents. The platform can host the solution. It does not write your requirements or your proof.
That is why ANCHOR exists. FDEs start from SETU and PROVA, then spend the engagement on your data, your Workflo, and the controls sustained use requires.
