One governed record, across the asset lifecycle

GRADUS connects assets, contracts, licenses, suppliers, and field work so renewals and redeployments are decisions with evidence.

One central slab linked to the records around it

In August 2025, CISA and partner agencies published asset-inventory guidance for operational technology owners. The requirement is a maintained inventory with an owner, a lifecycle from acquisition through decommissioning, and a change process that updates the record when something is added, moved, or retired.

The same gap shows up on the commercial side. A license is bought in procurement, assigned in IT, and renewed from a contract that lives somewhere else. An equipment service agreement is signed by the plant and forgotten by the time the notice window opens. A utilization chart does not say who owns the renewal, which asset the contract covers, or whether a service-ready unit is already closer to the job.

What GRADUS connects

GRADUS is the governed record for that lifecycle. It connects assets across IT, OT, IoT, facilities, and field operations with the contracts, licenses, suppliers, and work orders that belong to them. The path is Discover, Connect, Govern, Act, Prove.

  • Discover the asset, contract, license, supplier, and work-order facts you already hold
  • Connect each asset to its owner, location, entitlement, and lifecycle stage
  • Govern with ownership, obligations, and approval rules
  • Act on renewals, unused capacity, maintenance, and redeployment before they become surprises
  • Prove what changed, who approved it, and what it was worth

GRADUS keeps the systems you already run and gives operators one record to act on: every asset, every contract, every stage.
