ANCHORStart proven. Build faster.

ANCHOR gives our FDEs proven, reusable tools for building governed AI workflows inside customer environments.

The Delivery Gap

Every workflow is different. Its foundations do not have to be.

Production AI takes more than models and code. Teams must understand the workflow, turn requirements into build-ready artifacts, set controls and prove the solution works.

Rebuilding those foundations for every engagement costs time before the real problem is even addressed.

ANCHOR provides reusable tools and patterns so teams start with structure, move faster and keep the controls sustained use requires.

The ANCHOR Portfolio

Two accelerators. One stronger foundation for delivery.

SETU structures what needs to be built. PROVA verifies what has been built.

Together, they let our FDEs spend less time recreating foundations and more time solving the customer's workflow.

SETU

Turn business intent into an implementation-ready foundation.

SETU means bridge. It bridges a business problem and the artifacts needed to build the solution, capturing the workflow, users, rules, controls and expected outcomes in one consistent structure.

Depending on the engagement, that foundation may include:

  1. 01Problem and opportunity definition
  2. 02Workflows and user journeys
  3. 03Business and functional requirements
  4. 04Acceptance criteria
  5. 05Solution and integration specifications
  6. 06Security and control requirements
  7. 07Backlog and implementation plan
  8. 08Evaluation and testing requirements
  9. 09Traceability from business to technical artifacts

SETU does not decide the solution. It gives customer context a structure that converts into build-ready direction.

From intent to implementation.

PROVA

Make solution readiness verifiable.

PROVA means proof in Italian and Portuguese. It links requirements and controls to evaluations and evidence, showing that a solution meets its requirements, behaves as expected and is ready for review and deployment.

Depending on the solution, this may include:

  1. 01Requirements and acceptance-criteria traceability
  2. 02Functional and workflow validation
  3. 03Agent and model evaluations
  4. 04Retrieval and response-quality checks
  5. 05Human-control and escalation testing
  6. 06Security and governance verification
  7. 07Defect and exception evidence
  8. 08Deployment-readiness checks
  9. 09Review history and decision records
  10. 10Evidence for production and scale decisions

PROVA does not replace accountable human review. It makes that review more consistent, transparent and defensible.

From implementation to evidence.

How They Work Together

Structure the build. Prove the outcome.

SETU and PROVA work independently, but deliver more together.

  1. SETU structures

Captures the problem, workflow, requirements, controls and expected outcomes that guide the build.

  2. Teams build

FDEs apply customer data, systems, context and engineering judgment to design and implement the solution.

  3. PROVA verifies

Tests the solution against its requirements and controls, producing evidence of behavior, readiness and outcomes that feeds back into the build.

One connected path from intent to implementation to proof.

How ANCHOR Supports Delivery

Proven foundations across the delivery cycle.

ANCHOR adds no new process. SETU and PROVA strengthen the existing Identify. Build. Deploy. Prove. cycle.

  • SETU

    1. Identify

Captures the workflow, users, constraints, controls and outcomes.

    2. Build

Turns intent into requirements, acceptance criteria, specifications and a backlog.

    3. Deploy

Carries requirements, controls and traceability into production planning.

    4. Prove

Links what was built back to the original intent and expected outcome.

  • PROVA

    1. Identify

Defines how requirements, controls and outcomes will be evaluated.

    2. Build

Tests increments against expected behavior, quality thresholds and human controls.

    3. Deploy

Verifies readiness, governance controls and monitoring.

    4. Prove

Produces reviewable evidence of adoption, quality, risk reduction and value.

SETU structures the work. PROVA verifies it. Together, they strengthen every stage.

Built in the Work

Built by our FDEs. Used in their work. Shared through ANCHOR.

ANCHOR is not a catalogue of ideas. Our Forward Deployed Engineers build and use these accelerators to make recurring delivery work structured, repeatable and traceable.

They work in complex environments where requirements evolve, systems must integrate and production accountability stays with them. Templates are not enough.

ANCHOR gives them working foundations, so each engagement starts with tools rather than a blank page, with room left for judgment and customer knowledge.

Designed to Be Reused, Not Imposed

Proven foundations. Adapted to the customer.

Three principles guide every ANCHOR accelerator:

  • Reusable

Keep proven structures, patterns and controls instead of rebuilding them each time.

  • Adaptable

Fit customer data, workflows, systems and policies without forcing a standard solution.

  • Traceable

Connect business intent to requirements, implementation, evaluation and evidence.

The accelerator provides the foundation. The customer context determines the solution.

The ANCHOR Roadmap

The toolkit will continue to grow.

SETU and PROVA are the first ANCHOR accelerators. More will follow as we find repeatable foundations that make FDEs more productive and delivery more consistent.

Each addition must solve a recurring delivery problem, prove reuse across engagements and stay flexible for customer-specific work.

Start with the Work

Spend less time rebuilding. More time solving the workflow.

Whether you are structuring a new solution, strengthening delivery or proving production readiness, ANCHOR is a more reliable starting point.

SHIFT to SCALE defines how the work moves. ANCHOR supplies the tools our FDEs use within it.
